What do we do?
We are open to all sorts of projects. Some of our men bring their own projects to work on utilising the tools available at the shed.
A couple of guys specialise on tinkering with small engines such as lawn mowers, whipper snippers. etc. We sometimes have surplus mowers and equipment for sale. These are usually items donated to us from deceased estates or from people downsizing their homes.
We are often asked to complete special projects by schools, kindergartens and local councils. These include Buddy Benches, garden beds, bird boxes, mini kitchens and all sorts or other projects.
Helping the public
We are open to help members of the public with minor repairs to furniture and household items. Come and ask us if we can help.
Next Steps…
Our shed offers social contact for members to simply come down and have a cuppa and a chat. This is a very important aspect of the Shed Movement.
